If you're anything like me when I go down a random internet rabbit hole, you might have stumbled across this meme list with a sense of guilt. There are so many more productive things you could and probably should be doing. Going straight to Phone Time is like skipping to dessert when you haven't even finished your vegetables.

I cannot tell a lie, this is bad! Still, I maintain that we all need the tiniest bit of badness from time to time, just to balance out the fact that we're all so virtuous otherwise. If we were so productive every single day, we wouldn't appreciate it when we actually do make the effort to grind out everything we need to do.

In other words, procrastination is valuable. Memes are one of the ultimate forms of procrastination, and this makes them worth their weight in gold. You can feel guilty if you like, but don't let it stop the entertainment.
